I am Joshua Novy, a Chicago real estate agent and the person behind Novy Knows Chicago. I believe buying or selling a home should feel clear, organized, and personal. My approach combines careful preparation, honest communication, and the kind of local knowledge that comes from paying attention to how neighborhoods actually work.
Lincoln Square and Ravenswood are more than areas I cover. I spend time here, raise my family nearby, and notice the details that do not fit neatly into a listing: the walk from one block to the next, the way a home functions in winter, and where neighbors gather.
